Agreement

By creating an account or using VoltBid, you agree to these Terms. If you use VoltBid on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

VoltBid is a subscription software platform for electrical estimators and contractors. Features include takeoff workspaces, pricing tools, proposal PDF generation, optional Google Docs output, and team collaboration. We may update features over time; material changes will be communicated in the product or by email.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and company information.
• Review all quantities, prices, scope language, and proposals before submitting bids — VoltBid assists estimators but does not replace professional judgment.
• Keep credentials confidential and ensure team members comply with these Terms.
• Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content.

Customer data

You retain ownership of takeoffs, price books, and proposals you store in VoltBid. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service, including AI-assisted generation you request.

Subscriptions & trials

Paid plans, seat counts, and trial periods are defined in your order form or sales agreement. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your contract.

Disclaimer

VoltBid is provided "as is." We do not guarantee bid awards, code compliance of your estimates, or accuracy of third-party pricing feeds. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability to fees paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Termination

You may cancel at any time through billing settings or by contacting support. We may suspend accounts for non-payment or material breach. Upon termination you may export project data while access remains available.
